Professional Marketing Packages
Because every property and every customer’s circumstances are different, at Walker & Co we offer two different levels of professional marketing packages. This means that you can decide how your property is marketed and how much advertising it receives.
Walker & Co Service
- A folded A3 brochure will be produced on your property with colour photographs and creative copy
- Your property will appear within the local press for your area, mainly the Lancashire Evening Telegraph and Clitheroe Advertiser for certain properties
- A Walker & Co member of staff will accompany the majority of viewings on your property
- Full details of your property will be displayed on the Walker & Co website.
- Your property will be displayed on the Right Move, the Property Finder and the Find a property search engines.
- Your property will undertake a “House Saleability Report”
- Your property will be displayed in a prominent position within the Walker & Co office.
- Your property will be sent to our database of clients who are looking for a property similar to the one that you are selling via SMS, Picture text, Email and Royal Mail.
Homes of Elegance
In addition to the Walker & Co Service:
- Sales particulars progress to a high quality vinyl brochure again incorporating photographs and creative copy
- Floor plans and a site locator are also included
- In addition to local press advertising we include advertising within Lancashire Life for our Homes of Elegance
- We will endeavour (but can not guarantee) to get editorial copy for your property within the local press
- Within the showroom your property will be displayed with additional photographs upon the Homes of Elegance wall
- Your property will take a prime position within all advertising
- Your property will appear as one of our Home’s of the Month, within the office displays with extra information
- An Open Day will be held at your property if we find the sale not going to an agreed time scale.
